Man jailed for growing 146 cannabis plants at his Boston home

A MAN who admitted growing 146 cannabis plants at his home in Boston has been jailed for eight months.

Robert Sansam, 23, was caught after police executed a search warrant at his rented house in Park Road on January 16.

Lincoln Crown Court heard officers discovered the plants in a converted workshop in the garden.

The electricity supply had been diverted and growing equipment including 20 sodium lights, storage heaters and fans had been installed.

Bathroom fitter Sansam pleaded guilty to charges of producing cannabis and abstracting electricity.

    All Druggies & Drug dealers should be taken out of society for a very long time as most crime in this country is Drug related.......

    he gets 8 months inside. A criminal from Burgh le Marsh who grew 92 plants got a suspended sentence. Consistent sentencing should be applied for these offences. Both should have got three years
